If 'r.VirtualTexturedLightmaps' is enabled, controls whether non-VT lightmaps are generated/saved as wellIncluding non-VT lightmaps will constrain lightmap atlas size, which removes some of the benefit of VT lightmaps 0: Not included 1: Included.
