How do we report active components leaks?0 - Never report.1 - Report immediately. (default)2 - Report on GC.

fx.Niagara.LeakDetector.ReportActiveLeaks [value]

Set via the console (~) or in DefaultEngine.ini / DefaultGame.ini.
