Multiplier to adjust the time to extrapolate the target forward over, the time is based on current send-rate.

Usage

np2.PredictiveInterpolation.ExtrapolationTimeMultiplier [value]

Set via the console (~) or in DefaultEngine.ini / DefaultGame.ini.
