If 1 (default), wait on the parallel cloth/deformable task in a dedicated TG_LastDemotable tick function. If 0, fall back to waiting in OnPreEndOfFrameSync (kill switch). Has no effect when p.ClothPhysics.WaitForParallelClothTask is 1.
