Controls the editor viewports' default screen percentage when using r.Editor.Viewport.ScreenPercentageMode=0.

Usage

r.Editor.Viewport.ScreenPercentage [value]

Set via the console (~) or in DefaultEngine.ini / DefaultGame.ini.
