Description

The frame time theshold for what is considered completely unacceptable (in ms); values above this will be drawn as re default: 50.0 ms

Usage

t.UnacceptableFrameTimeThreshold [value]

Set via the console (~) or in DefaultEngine.ini / DefaultGame.ini.
