In Project Settings → Rendering, enable Support Hardware Ray Tracing, then enable Use Hardware Ray Tracing when available under Lumen and set the Ray Lighting Mode dropdown to Hit Lighting for Reflections. This achieves near Ray Tracing levels of reflection quality for Lumen.
Do note that enabling this will impact GPU performance.
